PAYMENT
Specializing in Nursing Homes and Home Care Visits
Receive a complete thorough dental hygiene exam and debridement
for 20-40% lower fees than the dental office.
The fees for mobile dental hygiene care depend on what services are required. On average, fees are lower than a regular dental practice. The convenience of coming to the client saves the friend or loved one from taking time off or time away from their busy schedules. Often the dental office is not equipped to handle clients with limited mobilities. CMS Dental Hygiene Services deals directly with family members because some clients are unable to make arrangements on their own. Before the initial assessment, a medical history and consent form need to be signed. During the appointment a thorough exam and written care plan will be provided of the findings. Referrals will be made as necessary.
Payment is received after treatment is rendered. Cash, cheque, comfort fund, alternate funding or personal dental insurance are accepted. Most dental companies accept direct billing from registered independent dental hygienists. Dental Insurance forms are provided to be used and submitted to the companies. Please contact the insurance to confirm if they accepting the independent dental hygiene fee guide and what your coverage entitles.
