Our fees for oral health assessments and dental cleanings are LOWER than those of a dental office!

Frequently asked questions:

The cost of care:  Services like scaling (removal of tartar) and polishing are billed based on how long time takes to perform a task. 1 unit of time = 15 minutes, 1/2 unit of time = 7.5 (or less) minutes. Other services (like fluoride treatments) are billed per application. The cost of a visit can vary based on a client's individual needs.

Responsible parties: CMS Dental Hygiene Services deals directly with family members when clients are unable to make arrangements on their own. Payment is required once services are rendered.

What to expect: Before the initial assessment, a medical history and consent form need to be signed. Care is provided wherever it's convenient for the client; bedside, in the comfort of a reclining chair or our mobile dental chair. We can make any space work!

During the appointment a thorough exam and written care plan will be provided of the findings. Referrals will be made as necessary.

Types of payment accepted:  Cash, cheque, comfort fund (or alternate funding).

Dental insurance: The services we provide are generally covered under most dental insurance plans! We ask for payment up front and can assist in submitting rendered treatment to the dental insurance company. They will reimburse the client directly! If you have specific questions about your insurance coverage, please contact your insurance provider.
